From Local EMS Provider to Global PCBA Manufacturing Partner

Since 2006, STHL Technology has grown from a local EMS provider into a global PCBA manufacturing partner, supporting medical, automotive, industrial, telecom, renewable energy, and consumer electronics projects. Today, we serve clients in 60+ countries, with 75% of our business in Europe and North America, built on three core strengths: precision manufacturing, compliance-driven quality, and responsive project support.

Milestones

2006–2014 | Early Years: Building Flexibility

Founded as STYL, we specialized in component sourcing, PCB fabrication, and SMT assembly. By supporting SMEs with small batch consumer electronics and smart home projects, we gained deep experience in flexible delivery and responsive service.

For customers, this early stage built the foundation for flexible sourcing, small-batch PCBA support, and practical engineering communication before projects move into larger-scale production.

2015–2017 | Growth & Global Reach

Reorganized and renamed STHL, we expanded to a 4,000㎡ facility, added Yamaha SMT lines, and deployed ERP systems. With 35% annual growth compared with the previous year, we entered Europe and North America, passing audits from Japanese medical and industrial clients and producing high precision RF assemblies.

For buyers, this period marked STHL's transition from a flexible local EMS supplier into a more structured PCBA manufacturing partner with stronger process control, audit readiness, and international project experience.

2018–2021 | Compliance & Certification

Achieving ISO9001 and ISO14001, we introduced Panasonic high speed SMT lines and built local service networks in Europe and North America, improving project communication and response efficiency. By 2021, ISO13485 for medical projects and IATF16949 for automotive-related manufacturing positioned us to support higher-compliance industries.

For customers, this stage strengthened STHL's ability to support projects where documentation, traceability, quality control, and stable communication are as important as assembly capability itself.

2022–2025 | Precision & Industry Leadership

We implemented MES and ERP systems for full digital traceability, supporting advanced PCBA processes such as 01005 micro component assembly. By 2024, capacity expanded to seven Panasonic NPM D3 lines, a 10,000㎡ plant, and a 200+ member team. Strategic supply agreements with TDK and Microchip strengthened supply chain resilience, while a 98.5% first pass yield showcased our technical strength at global exhibitions such as Productronica in Germany.

For customers, this period means stronger process visibility, higher SMT capacity, more stable component support, and better readiness for prototype, low-volume, and production PCBA projects.

2026–Present | Global Exhibition Engagement

In 2026, STHL continued to strengthen its global customer engagement through major European industrial exhibitions. We participated in AMPER 2026 in the Czech Republic and will exhibit at ITM Industry Europe 2026 from May 26 to 29, further presenting our EMS and PCBA manufacturing capabilities to industrial, automation, electronics, and equipment manufacturing customers.

For buyers, these exhibitions provide a more direct way to understand STHL's real factory background, manufacturing capability, engineering communication, and long-term commitment to international EMS and PCBA projects.
