Flexible Procurement Models

 

To meet diverse customer requirements, we offer four flexible sourcing approaches:

  • Full procurement by us – All components are purchased directly from authorized distributors or OEMs. Any substitute parts must be approved by the customer before use.
  • Customer specified distributors – We source strictly through channels designated by the customer.
  • Consignment model – Customers provide all components directly.
  • Hybrid model – Customers supply part of the BOM, and we procure the remainder.

This flexibility ensures seamless integration with your internal supply chain components and allows us to adapt to different project strategies.

We maintain technical and certification alignment with OEMs such as TDK and Microchip, and we have long term partnerships with leading authorized distributors including Digi Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, and Future Electronics.

This guarantees genuine, high quality parts and enables rapid delivery, cross brand consolidation, and agile inventory management. For urgent projects, we also leverage reliable local stock to shorten lead times. Standard procurement cycles are typically 5–7 working days, though specialty items or customs clearance may extend this period.

As a professional EMS manufacturer with a 10,000 m² factory, we are not a trading company and do not sell components separately. All sourcing is project‑based and exclusively for customer PCBA assembly orders.
