Factory Audit at STHL's Shenzhen Manufacturing Center
On January 11, 2026, Eastern European partners visited Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL) for a factory audit at the company's Shenzhen manufacturing center. The visit focused on STHL's PCBA manufacturing workflow, SMT production lines, AOI and X-Ray inspection processes, first article inspection equipment, and quality control practices.
For overseas customers, a factory audit is more than a general tour of production equipment. It is a practical way to evaluate whether a manufacturing partner has real production visibility, clear process control, and a reliable communication workflow before future projects move forward.
What the Audit Covered
During the audit, the visitors reviewed several key parts of STHL's production and inspection workflow, including SMT production lines, first article inspection, AOI inspection, X-Ray inspection, and quality control practices used in daily PCB Assembly operations.
The discussion also covered how production steps, inspection feedback, and project requirements can be better aligned during future cooperation. For PCBA manufacturing projects, finished product quality depends not only on equipment capacity, but also on how materials, assembly, inspection, and quality feedback are managed throughout the production process.
By reviewing these areas on site, the Eastern European partners were able to gain a clearer view of STHL's workflow, inspection discipline, and project communication approach.

Why Factory Audits Matter for PCBA Projects
In PCBA and EMS manufacturing, remote communication can clarify drawings, BOM details, quotation scope, and delivery expectations. However, it cannot fully replace the value of seeing a real production environment.
A factory audit helps customers better understand how a supplier organizes production flow, inspection checkpoints, quality control, and technical communication. This is especially important for projects involving prototype builds, pilot runs, or future volume production, where early process alignment can help reduce misunderstandings and make delivery planning more predictable.
The visit also gave the customers a closer look at STHL's Testing and Inspection workflow, including how inspection steps support quality control during and after assembly.
Technical Discussion and Future Cooperation
After the production and inspection review, both sides held technical discussions around future PCBA manufacturing projects. The conversation focused on how STHL can better support project requirements, quality expectations, production planning, and communication needs for upcoming cooperation.
The visit also provided time for further exchange after the factory review, helping both teams build a clearer understanding of project expectations in a more direct and practical setting.
Continued PCBA Manufacturing Support
STHL appreciates the trust and professionalism shown by its Eastern European partners during the factory audit.
Moving forward, STHL will continue to support customers through PCBA manufacturing, SMT production, inspection coordination, quality control, prototype builds, pilot runs, and volume production support.
