Holiday Schedule Update for Customers and Project Planning

As the annual Qingming Festival approaches, STHL would like to share its holiday schedule for 2026.

The company will observe the Qingming Festival holiday from April 4 to April 5, 2026, for a total of two days. During this period, the production team will be on holiday, and SMT lines and related manufacturing operations will be paused according to the holiday schedule. Office-based teams, including design, sales, operations, after-sales service, and administration, will also be on leave during the same period.

What This Means for Ongoing Projects

Inquiry Channels Remain Available During the Holiday

Although on-site production and regular office operations will be temporarily paused during the holiday, customers may still leave messages and submit project inquiries, RFQ requests, or sourcing needs during this period.

After the holiday ends and normal work resumes, relevant requests will be reviewed according to actual project needs, and follow-up communication and production planning will be arranged in an orderly manner.

Why This Update Matters to Customers

For customers, a holiday notice like this is more than a simple company announcement. In PCB Assembly and EMS projects, production timing, material readiness, quotation communication, prototype planning, and delivery coordination often depend on a clear understanding of factory schedules.

By sharing holiday arrangements in advance, STHL hopes to help customers better plan inquiries, sample builds, pilot runs, and delivery expectations. Clear communication around operating schedules can also help reduce avoidable delays caused by information gaps, especially when projects are moving across multiple stages.

What This Says About STHL's Operating Discipline

Transparent Scheduling Is Part of Reliable Manufacturing Support

As a Shenzhen-based EMS and PCB assembly manufacturer, STHL values operational transparency and consistent customer communication, including during holiday periods.

For manufacturing cooperation, what gives customers confidence is not only equipment capacity or production lines, but also whether a supplier can remain clear, predictable, and organized in daily operations. Sharing schedule updates in advance is one way to show that projects are being managed with planning, responsibility, and continuity in mind.

Holiday Break, but Communication Remains Accessible

While factory and office teams will be on leave during the Qingming Festival holiday, communication channels for customer inquiries will remain accessible. Customers who are preparing RFQs, discussing prototype needs, or planning future production arrangements are still welcome to get in touch during the holiday period.

Once work resumes, STHL will continue follow-up communication and internal coordination as quickly as possible based on project requirements.
