Three Customers Visit STHL for a PCBA Workflow Review

On June 24, 2026, three customers visited Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL) for an on-site factory tour focused on PCBA manufacturing workflow, process control, and product functional test support.

During the visit, the customers walked through several key areas of STHL's manufacturing process, including material staging, kitting, MES dashboard, IC storage, SMT production, first article inspection, AOI inspection, THT assembly, outgoing quality control (OQC), IC programming, and product-specific functional test discussion.

For electronics manufacturing projects, customers often need to look beyond equipment lists or production capacity. A factory visit helps them see how materials, assembly, inspection, testing, and project communication are connected in a real production environment.

From Materials to Assembly and Inspection

PCBA manufacturing depends on a series of connected steps. Material preparation, SMT production, THT assembly, in-process inspection, outgoing quality control, and IC programming all affect how smoothly a project can move toward delivery, repeat production, or volume manufacturing.

Through this visit, the customers were able to see how STHL organizes the workflow from material preparation to assembly, inspection, and pre-shipment control. Compared with remote communication alone, an on-site review gives customers a more direct view of the factory environment, process execution, and quality control practices.

For customers evaluating a manufacturing partner, this kind of real factory visibility can make project communication clearer before production planning moves further.

Product-Specific Functional Test Review

At the final stage of the visit, both sides discussed functional testing based on the customers' product.

For many PCBA projects, assembly completion is not the final step. Functional verification, test fixtures, IC programming requirements, test procedures, issue feedback, and follow-up methods can all affect whether a product moves smoothly into delivery or future production.

Face-to-face discussion helps STHL better understand the customers' product requirements and project priorities. It also helps the customers evaluate how STHL supports production coordination, testing cooperation, and practical project implementation.

The Value of Real Factory Visibility

A customer factory tour is not only about showing equipment. Its real value is helping customers understand how a PCBA project is handled across materials, production, inspection, and testing.

STHL values practical communication with customers. Through on-site factory tours, project discussions, and workflow reviews, both sides can build a clearer understanding of how project requirements are managed in a real manufacturing environment.

Continued PCBA Manufacturing Support

STHL appreciates the customers' visit and the opportunity to discuss PCBA manufacturing and product test support in person.

Moving forward, STHL will continue to support customers through material coordination, SMT production, THT assembly, inspection control, IC programming, functional testing, prototype builds, pilot runs, and volume production support.
