A Factory Visit Focused on Industrial Control PCB Assembly
On March 23, 2026, two customers from Turkey in the industrial control sector visited Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL) for an in-person meeting and factory tour focused on SMT production resources and PCBA manufacturing workflow.
During the visit, both sides discussed the manufacturing requirements typically involved in industrial control PCB assembly projects. The customers showed strong interest in STHL's Panasonic automated SMT production lines, focusing in particular on line configuration, placement accuracy, production coordination, and the way multiple SMT lines are organized in daily production.
As part of the tour, the STHL team introduced the basic configuration of its seven SMT lines and explained how different machines and process stations work together across daily PCB assembly operations. This gave the visitors a clearer view of STHL's manufacturing organization, line planning, and production support capabilities for industrial electronics projects. These capabilities are part of STHL's broader electronics manufacturing support, covering Components Sourcing, PCB Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, Testing and Inspection, and Box Build.

Reviewing SMT Automation for Industrial Control PCBA Projects
What the Turkish Customers Evaluated During the Factory Visit
For industrial control electronics, choosing the right PCB assembly supplier is not only about pricing. Buyers also want to understand a supplier's automation level, line configuration transparency, process consistency, and production coordination across different order stages.
During factory visits, overseas customers often pay close attention to practical factors such as SMT automation, production line setup, manufacturing stability, and the supplier's ability to support prototype builds, low-volume pilot runs, and future volume production. These considerations are especially important in industrial control applications, where product reliability, repeatability, and process control often matter more than output speed alone.
What This Visit Showed About STHL's Manufacturing Capabilities
This visit gave the customers a more direct understanding of STHL's factory environment and SMT production resources. It also created an opportunity to discuss the manufacturing requirements behind industrial control PCB assembly projects, including production readiness, line suitability, and coordination across different production stages.
For STHL, visits like this are equally valuable because they allow potential customers to see actual manufacturing conditions rather than relying only on remote introductions or sales materials. In the EMS and PCB assembly industry, this kind of on-site communication often helps build clearer technical understanding and stronger confidence on both sides.
On-Site Communication for Industrial Control Manufacturing Projects
Reviewing a Manufacturing Partner Beyond Equipment
As a Shenzhen-based EMS company and PCB assembly manufacturer, STHL values direct communication with overseas customers. Whether the discussion involves a factory tour, a review of SMT production capabilities, or project-specific manufacturing questions, the goal is always to communicate in a clear, practical, and professional way.
For many buyers, visiting a PCB assembly supplier in person remains an important part of supplier evaluation. It helps them better understand not only the equipment and workshop environment, but also the responsiveness of the team, the clarity of technical communication, and the supplier's ability to support long-term manufacturing cooperation.
Supporting Industrial Control PCB Assembly Projects Through Direct Communication
In industrial control applications, manufacturing discussions often go beyond basic introductions. Customers may want to understand how a supplier handles process flow, production planning, and capacity allocation across different product stages. That is why factory tours and face-to-face meetings remain highly relevant for companies evaluating an EMS partner in China.
STHL appreciates the opportunity to welcome these Turkish customers to Shenzhen and to discuss industrial control PCBA manufacturing needs in person. The visit helped both sides review SMT line planning, production coordination, and potential support for future prototype builds, pilot runs, or volume production.
