On September 18, 2026, a visitor from Egypt toured Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL). An STHL product manager, engineer, and production manager accompanied the visitor through the factory.
In the SMT area, the visitor saw the production line in operation and how product, engineering, and production staff coordinate on the shop floor. The visit also provided a closer look at how PCB Assembly is handled in the actual manufacturing environment.
Rather than following a fixed tour route, the visitor asked to spend more time on a few specific areas.
Conformal Coating
One of them was conformal coating.
At the visitor's request, the STHL team showed the coating equipment and demonstrated how conformal coating is applied to PCBAs during production.

Material Receiving and Issue
From there, the visit moved to the electronic components warehouse.
The team demonstrated how incoming materials are received and logged into inventory, then how materials are picked and issued for production. The visitor also saw how MES is used to record the related material movements.
Product Assembly
The last stop was the product assembly area.
Without disclosing confidential customer information, the STHL team showed selected consumer electronics and telecommunications products being assembled on the line. The visitor could also see how completed PCBAs move into the next stage of product assembly.
