On September 14, 2026, a representative from a Brazilian agricultural equipment manufacturer visited Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL) to discuss an equipment project.
The meeting started with several agricultural equipment and industrial automation cases relevant to the customer's project. The STHL team walked through these cases in a presentation, covering PCBA production and final assembly.
Some of the smaller products were also available as physical samples, so the customer could look at the actual units while the cases were being discussed.
For equipment projects that require board-level manufacturing, STHL can support PCB Assembly based on the confirmed project files and manufacturing requirements.
Project Examples First, Then the SMT Floor
After the meeting, the customer went to STHL's second-floor SMT production area.
The automated SMT line was one of the main stops. While walking through the area, the STHL team also explained how quality is managed from incoming inspection through production and outgoing inspection.
The discussion included IQC, IPQC, QA sampling checks, and OQC. The team also explained how MES is used for production records and traceability.
At that point, the cases shown in the meeting room were no longer just slides. The customer could see the production environment behind them.

At the Final Assembly Line
The last stop was the final assembly line.
Here, the customer saw how assembled PCBAs move into the next stage of product assembly and looked at the assembly process on the line.
That part of the visit was especially relevant because the project is not limited to board assembly alone. The final manufacturing scope will depend on the product structure, assembly requirements, and testing needs confirmed later in the project.
