On September 11, 2026, a representative from a South Korean equipment manufacturer visited Shenzhen STHL Technology Co., Ltd. (STHL) for an in-person project discussion.
An STHL project manager first went through the customer's current requirements and project details. Chief Executive Officer Frank Li later joined the meeting and introduced the team, manufacturing setup, and the areas where STHL could support the project.
SMT, THT and Inspection
After the meeting, the discussion moved to the production floor.
The visitor toured STHL's automated SMT placement line and THT assembly area. The team also walked through several inspection steps used during production, including SPI, first article inspection (FAI), AOI, X-ray inspection, and QA sampling checks.
Rather than reviewing a capability list in the meeting room, the customer was able to see how PCB Assembly and inspection are actually handled on the shop floor.

Beyond the PCBA
That was only part of the discussion.
Because the project involves equipment manufacturing, the customer also wanted to understand what could be handled after the board assembly stage.
From there, the STHL team introduced its Box Build Assembly capabilities, including functional testing, cable assembly, enclosure integration, and final product assembly. The visitor also viewed the assembly area and FCT line.
For projects that require a broader manufacturing scope, STHL can coordinate DFM and engineering review, PCB assembly, testing, cable assembly, and final assembly. ODM support can also be defined around the customer's current development stage and confirmed technical requirements.
